In Theo's own words:In education, we focus on the subject matter as a baseline. In my opinion, the “TWIST” is to centre the student, meet them where they are, and develop the necessary life skills by cultivating their confidence, developing healthy organizational skills, and modelling effective communication strategies. Everybody is different, and everyone likes to learn in different ways. That’s part of the fun as an educator. It is my duty to discover how my students will benefit from their individual learning styles and foster the growth of their life skills to excel wherever life may lead them.
