Amita is a dedicated educator with a strong background in mathematics and statistics. With over seven years of professional teaching experience in India and additional experience in BC public schools, she brings a deep understanding of core mathematical concepts and a genuine passion for making complex ideas accessible and engaging for young learners.
 
Amita believes that every student has a unique learning style and thrives when given the right encouragement, tools, and analogies. Her approach focuses on building strong foundational skills while nurturing critical thinking, self-confidence, and a curiosity for learning that extends well beyond the classroom.
 
Outside of tutoring, Amita enjoys exploring nature around British Columbia, creating fun and interactive math puzzles, and spending quality time with her family. She is thrilled to join the Twisted Team and look forward to empowering students to reach their full potential!
